I got Ruffles when I was 8 years old and was home sick with the measles. Since that time he has sat by me during other illnesses, studied with me in college, moved with me when we got married and played with by both Meg & Jim. He has survived almost 50 years of snuggles and he still hangs out on our bed for whenever I need him~
